Specialized in guiding young adults through personal transformation and self-discovery, Saadia creates safe spaces for authentic growth.
Saadia Yunus leads a transformative thread throughout The Hero’s Journey, guiding participants through intentional self-discovery, emotional healing, and deep inner work. The experience begins even before the retreat with a personal 1:1 session and a group Zoom gathering to set intentions, build community, and begin the journey inward. In Colombia, Saadia facilitates powerful rituals like the “No more!” release tunnel and grounding exercises at the Santa Rita waterfalls, helping participants name and challenge limiting beliefs. Her signature workshops on self-awareness, compassion, emotional barriers, and personal relationships offer practical tools and deep insight into the stories we carry and the change we seek. She also facilitates the Frasier Table, a reflective group experience that invites vulnerability and connection. After the retreat, each participant reconnects with Saadia in a personalized follow-up session to integrate insights and sustain their transformation, ensuring the journey continues long after the return home.

Pereira, PEI. United/Copa airlines fly through Panama, Avianca and Latam fly through Bogota. Spirit airlines flies into Armenia from FLL. It is ok to get two flights, one into Bogota and a separate ticket from Bogota to PEI. Flights run almost every hour between Bog and Pei.

Please plan to arrive in Pereira on July 2nd, 2025. For your departure, note that the program ends on July 6th at noon, and travel time from the hotel to the airport is approximately one hour. We recommend booking your departure flight at 2:00 PM or later to allow enough time for check-out and travel to the airport.
